Hi, I'm Lesley Shaw!
Founder of Registered Care Manager, creator of the Qualitizer Process™ and lover of all thing equestrian with a sprinkling of cats and dogs.
I’ve been on this leadership in health and social care journey for nearly 3 decades and it has not always been easy with ups and downs along the way that I am sure you can relate to.
I founded Registered Care Manager in 2011 with a vision to help others manage care homes and home care services they are proud to lead and live the life they want to live.
My mission is to support you and give you the tools and processes to enjoy your own Qualitizer Process™ journey.
My career within the health and social care sector are supported by my qualifications as a registered nurse, management graduate and chartered member of the CIPD.
My experience includes senior management level roles in Operational, Project and Multi-Site Management and an in-depth knowledge and expertise of commissioning and managing quality care provision.
My own award winning home care company, Boltonshaw home care's achievements demonstrate my commitment and passion to ensuring a company not only performs to required specifications, but exceeds them.
